The courtyard of ECO Les Aules hosts the presentation of the sixth edition of the festival emac.2021 with the performance of Calivvla.
The emac.2021 festival focuses on the arts and, especially, on music, and will take place from June 11 to 13 in the spaces of the CMC La Mercè and the Teatre Payà of Burriana.
Calivvla is a quartet formed by Mario Ballester and Miguel Scarabaggio (guitars and vocals), Lidia Fernández (bass) and Chema Bordás (drums). They had been regulars in the music scene of the Valencian Community as part of other bands, until late summer 2018 when they started this new project looking for their own sound through the personal influences of each member, and defining their style as accelerated post pop. After the release of their first EP in 2019, they are now preparing their next work after spending 2020 without any attendance to festivals and events due to the world pandemic.
